Kitsap Transit’s Smart Commuter Option Of Today (SCOOT) is a car-sharing program offered in some regions of Kitsap County. Individuals who travel to or from work by foot, bike, bus, walking onto a ferry, carpool or vanpool can qualify for this free service once they register as a Smart Commuter. If you are not registered, click here to sign up as a Smart Commuter and take advantage of this great program.

SCOOT is an excellent alternative to using a personal vehicle for doctor appointments, grabbing lunch or any errands you need to do during the workday.
