SMS Outage: Rider Alerts via Email & Web Only

Until further notice, Kitsap Transit will NOT send rider alerts via text (SMS). Customers have these options to access rider alerts:

Sign up to receive alerts by email
Visit our Rider Alerts page at kitsaptransit.com/blog/rider-alerts
Call Customer Service (360-373-2877)

Kitsap Transit will transition to a new rider-alerts provider in January. To learn more about that, read the post on our blog, KT Headways.
