Kitsap Transit is a public agency owned and used by the residents of Kitsap County. The employees of Kitsap Transit are committed to providing a friendly, safe, convenient, and reliable transportation system. To help us in this effort, we need to know what you like about our services and what you would like to see changed. Your comments are appreciated.
Do you have a question, complaint, suggestion or compliment? You can contact us! We take all comments seriously and will thoroughly investigate your concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific details regarding any actions taken and, therefore, will only reach out to you if we need additional information. We appreciate your understanding and value your input as we strive to improve our services.
We launched a new Customer Contact Support form recently and welcome your feedback on it. The Support form is intended to provide a single channel for customers to send complaints and comments to Kitsap Transit.

For ADA complaints: After clicking the Contact Support button below, please click "Submit Request." Then select "I have a complaint to share" under "How Can We Help?" followed by the "Comfort & Accessibility" topic area and "Accessibility" under "What Went Wrong?" Please indicate in the Summary and Comment box that you are filing an ADA Complaint so we can route it appropriately.
It is the policy of Kitsap Transit to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be discriminated against under any of its federally funded programs and activities. Any person who believes his or her Title VI protection has been violated may file a complaint with Kitsap Transit.
For Title VI complaints: After clicking the Contact Support button below, please click "Submit Request." Then select "I have a complaint to share" under "How Can We Help?" followed by the "Staff Conduct" topic area and "Concern" sub-topic. Under "What Went Wrong?" please select "Denied Service." Please indicate in the Summary and Comment box that you are filing a Title VI Complaint so we can route it appropriately.
For Tort complaints: After clicking the Contact Support button below, please click "Submit Request" and fill in the appropriate fields. Please indicate in the Summary and Comment box you are filing a tort complaint so we can route it appropriately.
