E-Mail Reservations

Eligibility for ACCESS Service must be established before e-mail reservations can be accepted. Please complete this form for ACCESS reservations only.  For South Kitsap area Dial-A-Ride trips please call 1-800-422-2877 for reservations.  For B.I. Ride Dial-A-Ride trips on Bainbridge Island, please call 1-844-4BI-RIDE.  Dial-A-Ride call-in reservations are taken from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Trips can be booked up to one week in advance.

Complete information is required to book your e-mail trip request accurately. Your request may be returned with an appeal for additional information if it is incomplete.

E-mail request hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday.

NO SAME DAY SERVICE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA E-MAIL.

E-MAIL REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED RECEIVED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION.

Schedule a Ride By Phone

Once you are approved to ride Kitsap Transit ACCESS you must call at least one day, or up to seven days, ahead to schedule your ride.  When you call to schedule your ride, be sure to give the reservationist the address of your destination, phone number (if requested) and the time you want to ride.

Your Ride

ACCESS service runs on 30-minute windows.   For example, if you want to be picked up at 12:00 p.m., the reservationist will give you a pick up time between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.  Please let us know if you have an appointment time.

At Kitsap Transit ACCESS we are dedicated to providing the most efficient and friendly service possible.  To be efficient, it is necessary to group trips whenever possible.  We may pick up additional passengers in your area who are going the same direction as you, so it is difficult to provide direct trips from your home to your destination or return.

ACCESS service is available within a 3/4 mile boundary around each fixed bus route.  Limited transportation is available in the outlying areas. For more information on pick up times in the outlying areas, please call our reservation line at (360) 479-7272, or 1-800-422-2877.
