Ride Pingo
What is Ride Pingo?
The Ride Pingo app is a safe and easy way to share a ride on one of Kitsap Transit’s on-demand services listed below. You can request your ride and book directly with the app on most of our on-demand services. When you ride these on-demand services, the bus comes to you at the scheduled times you request. Depending on your location, you may need to walk to a safe location for the bus to pick you up. Our buses cannot navigate certain streets and will not travel down driveways or dead-end streets. With Ride Pingo, you can also track your on-demand bus, review your trip status, or cancel trips you no longer need.

Q: Why is the app not working on my phone?
A: The app relies on connections to networks to transmit your location and ride request, as well as the location of the bus. Poor network connection can impact Pingo’s performance. Unfortunately, the network connection is beyond our control. You can try to turn off Wi-Fi temporarily on your phone; some users have reported issues with the app when Wi-Fi is enabled. If the signal strength indicator on your phone shows a weak mobile network connection, try to move to an area where the phone registers a stronger mobile network signal.
