Purdy Ride

Purdy Ride travels Highway 16 between the Port Orchard Ferry Dock and Purdy Park & Ride, departing at the scheduled times. Purdy Ride also offers on-demand service in select locations along the route (see map for on-demand service area). Riders who board at the Port Orchard Ferry or Purdy Park & Ride can notify the driver after they board to request to be dropped off in the service area or at the Mullenix Park & Ride. The bus will pick you up at the intersection nearest to your requested pick-up location. Vehicles will not travel down driveways or dead-end streets. Call 1-844-475-7433 24 hours in advance to schedule a ride if you wish to be picked up inside the service area. Reservation lines are open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, seven days a week. The arrival time is dependent on the number of riders who request stops along the route and on the timely arrival of Pierce Transit buses in Purdy.

Who can ride?
Purdy Ride is open to anyone but is not designed to accommodate group trips. If you are making a reservation for more than one person, please notify the reservationist when you call. Kitsap Transit will try its best to meet all requested trips but cannot guarantee seating for groups.
